Irwin, his attorney, and files his complaint herein to foreclose a mortgage and for <he appointment of a Receiver, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Emory Barry, W. F. Boeh-mer, Anna Mohr, Frederick A. Boswell and Robena Boswell, his wife; Joel Jernberg and Elizabeth Jernbeng, his wife, are not resident of the State of Indiana.
