The people of the Virgin islands are begging to be Americanized. Now that they are under the American flag, they have a right to be dissatisfied with the old Danish laws and customs. One of these makes it necessary for a man to have an income ts s3oQjb year in order to vote. This law gives only about 300 people in the islands a chance at controlling legislation.
