Wm, Korth will hold a public sale of live stock and farm tools, Saturday, February 28. Read the list in this paper. Mrs. Farley is reported seriously ill at htis writing, having suffered a stroke of paralysis. - Thos. Farley of Hammond is here at the bedside of his mother. John Tresner and E. L. Miles are moving to Center Point, Ind. The now office building being erected by Dr. Rice is nearly completed. -- . Al Clark of Hammond visited here last Saturday. - Mra. Frank Zeager, niece of Wm. Korth, came Monday from Kankakee and returned to her home in Chicao Tuesday evening. ~ Mra. Wm. Korth received word from her daughter, Elsie, of the death at 7 a. m. Tuesday of her brother, Auust Kalbus, at his home in Chicago. .
