The suit W Herman Messman vs. Warren T. McCray, which was filed in August, 1919, in the Newton Circuit Court, has been dismissed. The purport of the complaint was to quiet title to a. piece of land north of Kentland, which Mr. McCray purchased of Mr. Messman three years before.
