Auditor of said County, hereby certify that the foregoing is. a true and complete, list of all the lands and town lots delinquent toy the Treasurer of said county, for non-payment of taxes due thereon, tor the year 1918, for former years. With penalties thereon, together with the tax of the current year, 1919, ami the coses of -advw'tlslng so far as the same are liable to be sold for taxes as shown by the return of said Treasurer, and notice is hereby given ifiiat as much of said land and towq. loth as may be necessary to discharge and pay the .taxes, penal'ties ahd costs, due thereon, or due from the owners thereof al the .time of sale,-will be sold at public auction at the Oort House Door, in Romselaer. Indiana, on the second Monday in February, being the 9th day of February, A.
