WALKER TOWNSHIP.
The National Farm Loan Asociation of Walker township held its election at Walker Center school house, Tuesday evening. A number of people were in Rensselaer Monday on the Ryan Ditch proposition. Danny Williams was on the sick list last week. Will Tomlinson . had woodsawers Tuesday. Noah Wenrick called at Bill Tomlinson’s Monday* The Liberty Club met with Mrs. Roscoe Poole, of near Wheatfield, Wednesday and quilted for - her. At noon she served a very sumptuous dinner and everyone enjoyed themselves. The next meeting will be held at Mrs. John Pettet’s Wednesday, January twenty-first. It will be an all day meeting and all members are requested to be pres- 1 ent Mrs. Clarence Bridgeman called on Mrs. C. B. Scott Friday afternoon. Miss Amelia Shults called on Miss Catherine Wenrick Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. F. M.-Lilly took dinner at Henry Meyer's Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Dunn, of McCoyaburg called at the Bridgeman home Wednesday. . - Henry Meyen and family *«** dinner with Mrs. Catherine Wenrick, of Wheatfield, Sunday. . Mr. A. P.
