Captain Wood Unger, of Frankfort, will be here this Monday evening and deliver an address., in the West court room. The meeting will be held under the auspices of the! Women’s Franchise League. There will be no admission charge and the general public is invited. -.The meeting this evening will be the opening of a two weeks’ school of the Franchise League to be conducted under the auspices of the state central committee.
