In summer time the boy scouts roll down their socks and follow the Scottish custom of cool knees. Down at Camp Kinneuma, in. Sullivan county, the scout executive, who is both very tall and very boyish, follows the custom of his boys. It is picturesque and the grown-up visitors understand it, but the other njght a tiny girl did not She stared at the executive most of the time of her visit.
