LIFTED FUEL BANS. PLACE PLANTS ON NORMAL BASIS.

* Indianapolis, Ind., Dec. 14.—With practically all restrictions for furnishing light, heat and power to ini dustrial plants to be withdrawn normal operation of Indiana plants is expected tomorrow. Orders from I the railroad administration restoring normal operation of railroad and in- ' terurban trains and permitting retail houses to resume their business hours were put into effect in practically all cities in the state SaturReports from operators ' and miners’ officials generally from over the state showed that a practically normal output of coal in the state is expected by Monday. The few miners who are remaining out are expected to report for work in the morning. Plans for presentation to a special federal grand jury which convenes Wednesday, of charges of violation of the Lever food control act and anti-trust laws by coal mine operators and miners are understood to have been completed by the department of justice officials here. No action is expected to be taken by the federal court in connection with charges of contempt of court against officials of the mine workers for alleged violation of the federal court injunction against the minors’ strike.
