WHAT ONE COUNTY FAIR RACE DID FOR ESSEX CARS.

“I want to tell you what the county fair races here have done for Essex sales,” writes Geo. W. Wray, of Shreveport, La. “Everybody is talking about the little car. People who did not know there was an Essex before, recognize it now as one of America’s greatest cars. Purchasers are dropping out of the sky almost every day. “The third day after the race on my Way down town, I saw two smaH boys riding in a home-made toy automobile which had. just been built. It carried the number ‘s’ on either side of the hood. “That was the number used on the Essex in its recent victory.” THOMPSON & KIRK.
