PEACE IN DECEMBER, REGARDLESS OF U. S. SAY ALLIES While the supreme council did | not positively decide to put the peace treaty to Germany into effect j on December 1, its members all ред agreed it would be desirable to do so. An effort will be made to have all preparations for enforcement of the treaty completed by that date and it probably will be put into effect very early in December, regardlessof the failure of the United States to ratify the treaty. _ Judson J. Hunt made a business trip to Monon this afternoon. Miss Dell Fletcher returned to her home in Frankfort this afternoon afte ra visit here with her sister, Mrs. Isaac Leopold. Mrs. C. W. Trill returned Friday to her home in Union City after a visit here with her daughter, Mrs. Nelle Shafer. John D. Alexander, of near DeMotte, was in Rensselaer today to advertise his public sale to be held on Monday, December 1. He was ' accompanied by his neighbor, Leslie Klein. Theodore Shrader, who is employed at the Great Lakes Naval Training station, was in Rensselaer Friday and later continued to Remington to visit with the family of G. M. Stoudt.
