It was at the time of the presldentlal electlon. There were two boys, great chums, who expected to be r tarried soon. Ono was a Republican, the other a Democrat. This young Republican was so sure of Hughes that he told hla chum M his man lost he would go without a shave a week before and a week after the wedding.
