D., 1919, the abovenamed plaintiff, by Williams & Dean, attorneys, filed in the office of the clerk of said circuit court complaint against said defendant and also the affidavit of a competent person that said defendant, John Neel Roebuck, is a non-resident of the state of Indiana.
