Two new cases were filed in the circuit court, the first on October 8. The first is that of H. J. Krupper et.al. vs. Frank Rodway; action for damages and breach of contract. In this and the following case it is alleged that onions were contracted for and then the parties who had sold the onions attempted to sell them to other parties.
