GOVERNOR OF LOUISIANA COMING TO DAIRY SHOW

Governor R. G. Pleasant of Louisiana will be a visitor at the National Dairy Show in Chicago, this year, and will be at the head of a large delegation of farmers, dairymen, educators and newspaper men from that state. Id honor of the visitors from the South, who are coming to the show in large numbers this year from different states, Wednesday, October 8, will be “Southern Day” and Governor Pleasant will be one of the speakers. The South Is forging to the front rapid/y as a great dairying section. The southern visitors, It Is expected, will he buyers of good dairy cattle In large numbers. They are interested in the show, too, from an education standpoint ; they want to know how to improve their product according to the latest improved methods and devices.
