HOT AIR.
In hottest summer the> air never rises to over 125 degrees of heat. That is many times cooler than an engine at work. That is one reason why air is the logical cooler for automobiles. Another reason is there is plenty of air and the same air is not used twice. It is a proven fact that air in circulation is cool air. Try this:,Open your mouth wide and let the hot air from your lungs escape onto the back of your hand. It almost burns. Then blow the same air forcibly onto the same spot. Get the drift? That is the Franklin principle—the heat produced by friction is literally wiped away before it radiates—by means of a large suction fan built into the fly wheel.—Hugh Kirk.
