Bars Husbands, Wives and Widowb From Interest or Benefit in Property. . Middletown, N. Y. —There are some unusual provisions in the will of Mrs. Helen S. Cutting, wife of Robert Fulton Cutting of Tuxedo Park, which has been admitted to probate at Goshen. The will disposes ot an estate estimated at sloo*ooo in personal and SIOO,OOO in real estate. While the sons of the deceased are to have their shares in the*wmtepaid to them at a certain time, the daughters are only JI ven the income from their share* uring their lives.
