Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Mitchell left Sunday evening for Columbus, 0., where they will attend the annual national encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic. Before returning to their home they will visit at Xenia, 0., which was Mr. Mitchell’s boyhood home. They expect to be gone about two weeks and will visit other Ohio cities in addition to Columbus and Xenia. The railroads make a rate to the veterans of one cent per mile to and from the national encampment. **....
