This year, because they have learned to like this dairy product, people want to know more of the manufacture and use of cottage cheese. State-wide work for this purpose is being carried on again in lowa, Michigan, Kansas, and Utah! In these states the home manufacture of cottage cheese and butter, when conditions warrant, will be encouraged bjr
