Ernest Miaxwell, of Dunkirk, is spending a week here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Maxwell. William Jackson, of Gas City, and Mr. and Mrs. George Jemigan and children, of near Marion, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Passons, of North Van Rensselaer street. Mr. Jackson is a brother an dMr. Jernigan a nephew of Mrs. Passons. • Mr. and Mrs. Alice Weigel and daughter returned to their home in Indianapolis today after a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lange. Spend a few minutes sipping Oolong tea in cherry blossom land, the Japanese tea booth, at St. Augustine’s lawn festival August 27 and 28. The cars owned by Dr. I. M. Washbum and Frank Alter were damaged Sunday when they backed into one another on Washington street. The cars were parked o>pposite edch other and were backed into the center of the street at the same time. The rear fenders of the Alter car were 'badly bent and the Washbum car also suffered to some extent.
