Cows— Two milch cows, 5 years old, will be fresh in February; Jersey cow, 7 years old, will be fresh in December. 2 heifers, a yearling heifer, 2-year-old red heifer, fresh in December and will be 3 years old next May. Many of our country subscribers make frequent complaints of the late arrival of the semi-weekly Republicans. We wish to state that it is positively not the fault of this office that the papers are late in reaching their destinations. The semi-weekly editions leave this office Monday and Thursday evening of each week and should reach the subscribers the following morning.
