IN MEMORIUM.

Nancy Katharine Chevrolet was born in Flint, Mich., a few months before Kaiser Bill met with an acute attack of ego which led him to believe (that he could trounce the whole wide world, and died in Rensselaer, Indiana, August 10, 1919. When still quite a young thing she was brought to this city, where dhe resided until death came to put her out of her misery. Hers was a trying trip down life’s pathway. Overworked, underfed, forced to be a glutton for punishment, kicked and buffeted about, forced to carry weight far beyond what she was intended fer, scorned and made fun of by thoughtless persons, she was only too glad to shuffle off this mortal soil and start on her journey to the realm of perpetual Ibdiss. Her joys were few,- her sorrows many. Faithful to. the last, generous and kind to a degree that has never been equalled, possessing eccentricities and characteristics that endeared her to all, a loving daughter, and doing her duty as she saw it, truly makes her place on that cannot be filled. Was there ever a character (more (beautiful-than the dashing Nancy Chevrolet? The deceased leaves to mourn their loss her father and scads of friends who will miss her when they are hunting a free ride. Thus we come to the dose of a perfect career.
