N«w York, August 10. —Earle (Skater) Reynolds, in 'vaudeville with the- Reynoids-Dormegan company of dkafcers, who owns a handsome big home in Renssielaer, Ind., and also has a big stock farm (there, is putting forth his best efforts to have Tex Ritekand, the famous fight II promoter of the Jaek Dempsey-Jess Willard championship bout in Toledo July 4, invest some of hds fight profits in Hereford live stock from the Orchard Lake Stock farm, KentJand, Hid. The Orchard Lak.e stock is owned by Warren T. McCray, known throughout the breadth of the land as the possessor of (the largest Kv* stock breeding establishment in the world. Skater Reynolds is interesting Rickard in (the belief that the Mic Cray Hereford bulla are just what Rickard is looking for to place on his South Aimerfarms. > Warren T. McCray owns Perfection Fairfax, a grand champion Show bull and a prepotent sire, which is sine qua non of Orchard Lake achievement; McCray’s herd of 600 bulls and cows, all thoroughbreds. Reynolds has known McCray for many years and when he recently attended the Toledo figbt-and learned that Rickard was gwftng back to his big ranch he made it a point to interest both McCray and Rickard in the' proposition. Reynolds had* a foully letter of recent date from Mr. McCray in which be states that he (McCray) has pent many cattle to South America and only recently made a shipment to Buenos Aires of two carloads of bulls and has another in prospect.
