TO WATER PATRONS.

Water ordinance No. 168, section 8: “It shall be unlawful for any patron of the water department to sprinkle lawns, gardens or streets more than two hours during any one jday, and only between the hours of 6 o’clock a. m., and 8 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m., and 8 o’clock p. m., and in case of fire it shall be unlawful for any such patron to permit any faucet or hydrant to remain open and running for any use.” . Section 22: “For violation of any section of this ordinance, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than one dollar nor more than fifty dollars.” City Water and Light, by C. S.
