TO WATER PATRONS.
Waiter ordinance No. 168, section 8: “It shall be unllalwful for any paitron of the water department to sprinkle lawns, gardens or streets more than two hours during any one day, and only between the hours of 6 o’clock a. m., and 8 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clockp. m., and 8 o’clock p. m., and in case of fire it shall be unlawful for any such patron to permit any faucet or hydrant to remain open and running for any use.” Section 22: “For violation of any section of this ordinance, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than one dollar nw more than fifty dollars.” City Water and Light, by C.
