TO WATER PATRONS.

Water ordinance No. 168, section 8: “It shall be unlawful for any patron of the water department to sprinkle lawns, gardens or streets more than two hours during any one day, and only between the hours of 6 o’clock a. m., and 8 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m., and 8 o’clock p. m., and in case of fire it shall be unlawful for any such patron to permit any faucet or hydrant to remain open and running for any use.” Section 22: “For violation of any section of this ordinance, the offender dhall be liable to a penalty of not less than one dollar nor more than fifty dollars.” City Waiter and Light, by C.
