The Keys to the City.

Mother and daughter were watching the Shriuers’ parade. Directly behind them were two men. “Well,” said one, “the mayor certainly did give these fellows the key to the city. They certainly are having a good time.” Presently there was a tug at mother’s sleeve. “Mother, mother,” said the child, “where do they keep the keys to the city, and what do they unlock?
