An amazing l tale of alleged juggling of bank accounts, fafee statements made to bank examiners, fictitious deposits and large overdrafts was told at the hearing Tuesday at Ralph Mioyer, accused of embezzling funds of the North Penn bank, of Philadelphia, before a police magistrate.
