TO WATER PATRONS.

Waiter ordinance No. 168, section 8: “It shall 'be unlawful for any patron of the water department to sprinkle laiwns, gardens or streets more than two hours during any ohe day, and only between the hours of 6 o’clock a. m., and 8 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m., and 8 o’clock p. m., and in case of fire it shall be unlawful for any' such patron to permit any faucet or hydrant to remain open and running for any use.” Section 22: “For violation of any section of this ordinance, the offender dhaH 'be liable to a penality of not less than one dollar n«r more than fifty dollars.” City Water and Light, by C.
