FILES SUIT FOR DIVORCE.

Mrs. Mocelyn M. Lowman has filed suit with the clerk of the Jasper circuit court. The plaintiff avers that she and Harvey E. Lowman were married on Maresh 19, 1906, and lived together until July 19, 1919; that during this time he often struck her, that he choked her and cursed her before other persons, including 'their children. They have two children, Mabel, age 13, and Ruby, age 10. Plaintiff asks for a divorce, SSOO alimony and SSO per year on which to support herself and Children. She further asks that she be given cus(tody of their children and that the I defendant he compelled to deliver to her and her children, clothing which belongs ix> them but which he refuses to let them have.*
