“HINDY” PLEADS TO FOCH.

Field Marshal von Hindenburg, former chief of the German staff, has written Marshal Foch, appealing for his support in efforts to prevent the extradition of the former kaiser. Von Hindenburg offered, also, to place his own person “fully and absolutely at the disposal of the allied powers.” ...
