MUCH FOOD IS THROWN AWAY
Many People Do Not Know How to Utilize Left-Overs —Cereals Can Be Reheated. (Prepared by the United States Department of .Agriculture.) Much food Is thrown away because so many people do not know how to utilize left-overs or will not take the trouble to keep and prepare them. Left-over cereals can be Reheated or combined with fruits, meats, or vegetables into appetizing side dishes. Even a spoonful of cereal is worth saving to thicken soup, gravy or sauce.
