Taxicabs, Jitney buses and other passenger automobiles operated for hire are subject to special government taxes under regulations issued by the international revenue bureau inter- * preting tho provisions of the revenue "act An automobile with a seating capacity of from three to seven is taxed $lO a year, and buses capable of carrying more than seven are taxed S2O.
