U. S. ACT PERMITS LIQUOR IN HOME
Washington, June 24.—Provision in the bill for the enforcement of war-time prohibition, which would have prevented the use by a citizen of liquor in his own home, was stricken out late today by the house judiciary committee. The committee refused to amend the bill so as to make it unlawful a man to have liquor in his own home.
