We hear that Walter Chapman was so bad off Sunday evening that he had to have a nurse. Mr. Haskins and Miss Grise attended a dance near Rankin Saturday e veiling. Miss Sweany, a nurse of Lafayette, came last week to visit with Iva Blankenship. A surprise was given Everett Clark Friday night. Sixteen were c present. Mrs. Loyal Snider did shopping in Monon Friday. , 1 Mrs. Ed Johnson was a Lee visitor Monday. Irene and Lou Marchand called on Mrs. Snider Saturday evening. Jim Clark went to Rensselaer on Tuesday. Oliver McCurtain and Charles Johnson visited the capital of Jasper county Tuesday. . Joe Fitzhugh, wtho has resided in Milroy for several years, died at the Rensselaer hospital Sunday. The Chapman brothers feasted on ice cream Saturday evening at home.
