London. —Lieut. Col. Napier, formerly attached to the staff of Grand Duke Nicholas, told a story of Rasputin, ‘the hypnotist monk of'the late czar. Rasputin one day bounced into the presence of the grand duke at general headquarters, exclaiming: "Do you know who I am?” "Who are you?” the grand duke replied.
