BLIND SOLDIERS ARE DISCHARGED.

Washington, May 29.—Discharge from service of sixty-seven soldiers, blinded while serving in France, was announced tonight by the bureau of war risk insurance. The men have been under treatment at Roland Park, Baltimore. .
