MAY SESSION OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

The May session of the Jasper county commissioners occupied two days, Monday and Tuesday. The three members of the board, Welch, Makeever and Marble were present, also county attorney P. R. Blue. The. following business was transacted: - Bridges. No. 3141 in Walker township. Contractors Morrow and DeArmond allowed contract price in full, sl2lO. .Cause was dismissed. All other bridge matters were continued. Roads. ' tNo. 2971 Bontrager Stone Road. Auditor directed to advertise for sale of contract. In the following road improvements the contractors filed proof of publication cancellation of contracts. Notices fgund sufficient. Board finds that contracts should be cancelled.
