FIRST CONCERT THURSDAY NIGHT

The Monticello council has contracted with the L. B. Elmore band to furnish weekly concerts in that city during the months of May, June, July, August and September. The first concert of the season was to have been given this Thursday evening. Several hundred dollars appropriated by the Monticello city council will be paid to the Elmore band.
