Notice is hereby given that Alfred Duggleby and others have filed in the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, addressed to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, a-petition for the Improvement of a certain highway in Wheatfield and Kankakee township in said County, the description of which is as follows, towit * Beginning at the southeast corner of section twenty-two (22), township thir-ty-two (32), north rangesix (6) Wist, in said county and state, running thence north to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section fifteen (15), township thirty-two (32) .north range gix (6) west, one mile and a half, thence west one mile and a half to the center of section sixteen (16), township thirtytwo (32) north, range six (6) west.
