Breed Percheron, foaled in the year 1908, has-been examined in the office of the secretary of Indiana Stallion Enrollment Board, and it is hereby certified that the said stallion is of PURE BREEDING and is registered in. the Percheron Society of America. The above named Stallion has been examined by a duly qualified licensed veterinarian, and is certified by affidavit to be free from the transmissable unsounjnessess specified as such in the Indiana Stallion Enrollment Law.
