NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, will receive sealed proposals for Coal and County use for the years 1919-1920 on Monday, May sth, 1919, for 600 tons -more or less of the following kinds of coal: Mine Run, Screen Lump and Egg Size to be shipped F. 0.8. at the cars in Rensselaer. All bids to .be on file by 2 o’clock p. m. of said date and to be accompanied by affidavit as required by law. "Hie Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Otis Brown, who is employed at the Fendig drug store, left Sunday for Missouri, where he will visit with his parents. Corporal W. G. Hess, whose home is in Newton county, returned to Camp Taylor today after spending a short furlough with his parents. __ Ray Laßue, who is employed in Chicago spent the week-end here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Laßue. Mrs. George W. Royster was called to Greencastle today on account of the illness of her daughter, Betta. Mr. Royster, who has special work with the International Harvester Go., out of Joliet, 111., spent day here with his wife.
