Scouts are not permitted to accept tips for doing A GOOD TURN or SLIGHT FAVOR but are encouraged to be thrifty and pay their own way with hard earned money. If you have any jobs you want done, such as raking lawns, burning rubbish, etc., drop a card to P. 0.
