LAST RITES FOR MRS. KURRIE
FUNERAL OF MRS. H. R. KURRIE HELD SUNDAY—MANY FROM OUT OF TOWN PRESENT. The remains of Edna Thompson Kurrie, wife of- H. R. Kurrie, president of the Mbnon railroad, were laid to rest in Weston cemetery in this city Sunday afternoon, and the funeral was perhaps the most largely attended of any funeral ever held in this city. Acquaintances of the deceased from Indianapolis, Chicago, Lafayette and other points on the Motion were in attendance as well as the many numerous friends she had in this city. The majority of the out of town guests were high officials of the Monon railroad and their families. The floral tributes were profuse and wonderful and came from all parts of the country. The -gervi ces were conducted by Rev. J. B. Fleming, pastor of the Presbyterian church of this city, and were held at the beautiful Kurrie residence. The following acted as pall bearers: - _ Messrs.
