JAY W. STOCKTON BUYS MAKEEVER HOUSE FURNITURE

Jay W. Stockton has purchased the furniture and fixtures of the Makeever House of Mts. C. P. Moody, and he will conduct the hotel until he can find a tenant for it. The party to whom he rented the hotel a few days ago concluded he did not want it and for awhile it looked a» though the hotel would be dosed for a short time, at least, as the furniture was advertised to be add at public sale next Saturday, a week ahead of the termination of the present lease.
