Raymond Dixie, grandson of William Dixie, of this city, has written Rensselaer relatives that his ship, the U. S. S. Montana, would leave New York Wednesday for France as an escort to the George Washington, bearing President Wilson and his party 'to the peace conference.,, Raymond has had many trips across but considers the present one as the greatest honor.
