A very palatable and entirely satisfactory substitute for cow’s milk and cream is nqw being manufactured by mixing in water sterilized skim milk, produced by evaporation, and making an emulsion wMfc coconut oil. An essential ingredient Is a stabilizer, entirely harmless in character, which keeps the water and oil from separating.
