OBITUARY OF FRANK TOBIAS.
Frank W. Tobias was born March 24, 1871, in New Lebanon received his education rn jubhe schools of his native state. He then learned telegraphy and later lived for a time in Wisconsin, where he was employed as a telegrapher. On July 26, 1898, he was united an marriage with Ida May.
