For Party Frock.
Pastel shades seem to rule for the party froek. Sometimes several shades are combined in one small dress. This is the case in the dear little shepherdess affair which combines paleblue organdie with a lavender taffeta, on which wreaths of pale yellow, green and rose flowers disport themselves and are tied with blue velvet ribbons. The organdie has delicious little frills for edging and ties in a lovely crisp bow in back.
