TEFFT. Walter Seegrist, of Chicago, spent over Sunday with home folks. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Seegrist and daughter, Lucille, and Mr. and Mrs. Victor Peregrine and son, Cecil, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Luther Albin. Several from here attended the funeral Saturday of Pauline Pinter.. Mrt. Stonebraker spent Friday with her daughter Mrs. John Matt. Mr. Fairchild took charge of the -♦levator last Fr iday. • Mr. and Mrs. George Turner autoad to Rensselaer Monday. —M*laney r who has been In Europe for several months, returned to his home Friday evening. He went to Chicago Saturday for a few days visit with friends. Pat was an instructor in the aviation corps. Lloyd Asher spent over Sunday with his sister, Mrs. Harry Gulbranson. Mrs. Martha Swing is taking care of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Fitzgerald, who have the flu. Miss Lydia Sands, of this place, was married to Oscar Alhmeier of southern Indiana, last week. Congratulations, Lydia. Church will be held next Sunday morning at 10:30 o’clock. Miss Mayme DeArmond spent over Sunday with home folks. Tefft School Notos. Sarah Burr, after being absent from school the past week, is imwas held last-Saturday afternoon. Bertha Stalbaum played a piano solo, and Miss. Boone sang “A Perfect Day.” The next institute wiH be held at Wheatfield on March 1, 1919. ~ . . The physic* class is now experimenting with moments of force, pendulum, and the indined plane. .
